Hi there everyone! Today, I have decided to write a little review of the Wealthy Affiliate program which is something I have found useful to myself and feel that it could also be useful to you if you are looking to start your own blog or website.

Content creation and web design is something I have been involved in for some 15 years or more now and I absolutely love blogging. My passion for this has allowed me to earn money online from my work.

Much better than your basic YouTube tutorials.
Written Classes

Site Feedback
Now this is a brilliant feature f the site that allows you to share your own website with the other site members and let them give you feedback on it so that you can make improvements all the time. You can even select exactly what it is you need feedback on. For instance, you may be looking for opinions on the sites layout or the content itself, etc.
You too can also give other members feedback on their websites and each time you do, you will receive a Community Credit which you can use to buy feedback or comments for your site.
Site Comments
Site comments works similar to the Site Feedback feature but is for getting comments on your articles and posts. By commenting on other members websites you can also earn Community credits and sometimes you can also earn Cash Credits that can be used to purchase domains or withdrawn for their cash value.
Personally, I have found this a good way to buy Site Domains without having to spend any of your own money. Simply earn them by leaving other members comments on their content.
Site Editor
The Site Editor is a great little tool for actually writing your content and has all the features and functions of a word processor with added extras suitable for web creation. It also has templates that you can use for your posts, as well as creating your own templates.
This is an optional tool that you can use but if you prefer, you can always use the WordPress editor instead.
Site Domains
As a Premium r Premium Plus member, you can add a domain of your choice to your website. You can purchase your domain anywhere and link it. But Wealthy affiliate offer some competitive rates on web domains. You can also use any cash credits that you may have earned to purchase a domain here.
Create Your Own Training
You can also create your own training with courses and tutorials. You can also make money from your training which alongside cash credits you earn, you can make the program pay for itself. if you look at it that way. That’s how I like to do it. That way, for a few minutes each day, I can get all the webhosting and training Free.

Should you ever have any technical issues with the site or your own websites, then the Site Support team offer 24/7 support that is very efficient and resolves your issues quickly.
How much does it cost?
The cost of the Wealthy Affiliate program really depends on what you want to do with it and how advanced you want your training to be. There are 3 different price tiers depending on your needs.
So let’s have a look at them shall we?
Starter Plan – Free
The Starter Plan is great for anyone looking to get started with their website or blog. With this plan, you get the whole First level of either of the certified courses. This will teach you how to build and launch your website, how to add your vital pages and gives you expert training on how to start writing creatively in a method that is likely to net you traffic from search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc
With this plan, you also get a Free website included. So this also works well if you are just looking for free webhosting that is sufficient enough for you to keep a blog or basic WordPress website. However, the website does have it’s limitations on the Free plan. But it still gives you a few useful WordPress plugins including the Kraken Image optimiser, Monster Insights Analytics plugin and
I would recommend this plan to anyone who is starting up. Take your time to get your basic website established and work your way through the training given in whichever of the courses you choose to pursue. Once you have done the training and get the ball rolling with your website, filling it up with content. Then you may want to look into one of the paid plans to continue your training and get more features for your website (If you feel that you need them).
If you are just looking for Free basic hosting though with just a little bit of training, then this plan is perfect for you.
Premium Plan – $49 per month
Once you’re ready, you can move on to the second level of your training. The Premium plan will give you access to the rest of the course levels. Also, it gives you the hosting for 10 WordPress websites in all. Each has the ability to add unlimited plugins and have your own domains with them too.
Actually, the webhosting alone here is great value for money. It works out at $4.90 a month for each website (approximately £3.50 a month). So if you have quite a few websites and just looking for a web host that lets you access all your sites from the one control panel, then this plan is well worth the money.
The training you get with the Premium plan is brilliant though and usually gives you 2 live classes a week that are completely interactive. So you can ask questions if there’s anything you are unsure about and the host can answer you directly.
As a paying member, you will also have full access to the Wealthy Affiliate network. This includes access to all the text tutorials and classes, use of the chat facility and also has a function that lets you ask any question you like for the other network members to answer for you. This is usually quite fast working and gives you the advice and opinions of many of the sites experienced entrepreneurs and digital marketers.
You will also have access to the rest of the Wealthy Affiliate functions such as the Site Comments, Site Feedback, Domains.
The Premium plan is only $19 for the first month too.
Premium Plus Plan – $99 per month
The Premium Plus plan gives you all the features and functions that the Premium Plan gives you but gives you up to 50 WordPress websites instead of just 10. This is a no brainer for anyone who hosts numerous websites as it works out at less than $2 a month for each website. This is tremendous value for money on webhosting alone.
As a Premium Plus member though, you also get access to all the Premium plus live classes. There usually around about 5 classes per week and you can also access all of the previously shown classes too. So there is a wealth of knowledge to be gained on this plan.
Wealthy Affiliate also gives you the option of downgrading to the Premium plan each month too. So, this may well be something that you find worthwhile doing even only for the one month (which you will get half price for your first month) to do some intensive training and watch all the videos you can. Although, there are so many pre recorded live classes available for you to watch that you might be struggling for the time to watch them all in one month.
If you are gonna go for the Premium plan, then I’d most certainly recommend that you at least try the Premium Plus plan for a month because of the first month being half price. So you’re only paying exactly what the Premium plan would cost you for the 2nd month anyway. So you’ve nothing to lose by sampling it.
Other Features

My Own Opinion of Wealthy Affiliate
In my own experience, I think that this is a great program when it comes to value for money. The expert training has been very useful to me since I joined 3 years ago and I would certainly recommend the program to anyone looking to get their own website or blog up and running.
For anyone looking to earn money from their Blog, then I’d recommend starting with the Free Starter plan. Follow all the training and get your website or blog up and running first. Then you can consider upgrading to one of the Premium or Premium Plus plans.
But if you are just looking to start a blog or website and happy enough with the skills and experience you already have, then I’d say that the Starter Plan is well worth going for as it gives you a basic website and is completely Free. But even the Free Starter plan still offers a fair bit of training for anyone looking to just set up a basic website with a free Siterubix domain for blogging without having to spend any money..
